Booking information

How to book your tour?

1. Please let us know your requests by writing an e-mail, fax, letter or by calling directly. We would be glad to make a non-binding offer. You can also make a binding reservation directly online.

2. Your booking documents will contain:  
•    confirmation and invoice
•    risk coverage certificate
•    brochure of each hotel
•    insurance documents

3. After we receive the payment your travel documents will be send to you.

Early bird: the reduction is valid on the accommodation rate

Minimum stay: 2 nights in each hotel (exceptions can be found in the hotel description). If you decide to stay less than 2 nights, there will be an extra charge of 20,00€ per person.

Parking spaces: there will be free parking at each hotel (exceptions can be found in the hotel description)

Incentive program: for every second booking you will get a price advantage.
LOYALTY DISCOUNT: Starting from the 01.11.2011 for every second booking clients will be credited automatically with 3% on their tour price. The bonus is limited to 50,00€ per booking.

Since we are the destination office for TUI in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Brandenburg and Schleswig-Holstein, we can also book a holiday from this program for you.
