The following regulations contain information on the nature, extent and purpose of the recording, processing and use of your personal data. This Privacy Policy covers only data collected through our Website. If you are forwarded to other sites via links, please inform yourself on these sites as to how your information will be respectively handled.
§2 Purpose, type and extension of processing
1) Your personal data, inasmuch as these are required for the establishment, content design or change of the contractual relationship, are used exclusively to process contracts. As an example, your name and address has to be passed on to Schwerin Plus for the delivery of our brochure. Without your explicit consent or without legal foundation, your individual-related data will not be forwarded to any third party who does not relate to contract processing.
(2) By order of the competent authorities, we will be permitted in an individual case to provide information on inventory data if this is necessary to carry out prosecution proceedings, to enable the police forces of German federal states to prevent crimes, to fulfill the statutory tasks of the constitution protection authorities of the German Federal Government, the German Federal States, the Federal Intelligence Services or Military Intelligence, or to enforce intellectual property rights.
(3) Information provided by you via general e-mail inquiries to info links such as your e-mail address is used only to respond to your inquiries in the ordinary course of business and is never shared with third parties. The personal data will be processed to safeguard the legitimate interests of the entrepreneur according Art. 6, Sect. 1f GDPR.
(4) Personal data, requested in connection with a room reservation will only be processed for the purpose of contract processing (Art. 6, Sect. 1b GDPR). Furthermore, we may also use your data for the purpose of direct advertising for similar offers, unless you have already expressed your objection to such usage of data. You can object to the use of your data for direct advertising purposes at any time. This personal data will only be processed if you give your informed consent. (Art. 6, Sect.1a GDPR)
§ 3 Duration of data retention
Personal data, which are registered in the course of a general enquiry per mail or contact form, will be stored only as long as necessary for the correspondence. 5.)    Right to rectification: You shall have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. (Art. 16 GDPR)
6.)    Right to restriction of processing: According to Art. 18 GDPR you shall have the right to obtain restriction of processing.
7.)    Right to data portability: You shall have the right to receive your personal data, which you have provided, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. (Art. 20 GDPR)
8.)    Right to complain: You shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

§ 5 Server log files / statistical evaluation:
Due to technical reasons, the following data transmitted to our company via your Internet browser are recorded: browser type and version, utilized operating system, website from which you are visiting us (referrer URL), website which you are visiting, date and time of your access and your internet protocol (IP) address. This anonymous data is stored separately from personal information on protected internal systems and does not allow identification of an individual. They are evaluated for statistical purposes to be able to optimize our web site. These data will be deleted after evaluation.
§ 6 Information about cookies

We make every attempt to use only such contents of those providers who use your IP only for content delivery purposes. Nevertheless we have no influence on whether or not these providers store your IP address for statistical purposes.
