Landhaus Schloß Kölzow

The manor house was built in 1850 and is owned by Familie von der Lühe and was their home intermittently for over 800 years. The accommodation was extensively renovated in 2004. A highlight is the park area. Here you can find old trees of various species. After it was neglected for 60 years the owner was committed to restore the original state to preserve the heritage of past generations. So today, you will find a haven of peace with large spaces with lawns, small ponds and shadowy places under the trees. Leave your everyday live behind and let yourself get enchanted by nature. 

Location
Landhaus Schloss Kölzow is situated quietly on the border of nature reserve Recknitztal and only 15 km south of Ribnitz-Damgarten which is known for its amber museum.

Accomodation
The rooms and suites are exclusively furnished and do all have shower, WC, hair dryer, TV and telephone.

Food and Beverage
For visitors the accommodation offers always homemade cake, coffee, tea or other refreshments. For house guests the cook will prepare a delicious meal.

Activities & Wellness
In the warmer seasons the region is perfect for taking a bath in the sea, sailing and surfing, skating or hiking. Discover the Recknitztal by bike or with the canoe. Not far away from Landhotel Schloss Kölzow you have also the possibility to ride through woodlands on horseback. A popular destination is the city of Ribnitz-Damgarten. It is situated between Rostock and Stralsund. Also golf lovers will get their money’s worth. There are golf clubs nearby.
